RefWorks
RefWorks is a full-featured online research management, writing and collaboration tool you can use to collect, store, share and organize citations for multiple research papers and projects. You can use your RefWorks account to create bibliographies and manuscripts. RefWorks is available to all Ohio State students, faculty and staff.
EndNote
EndNote is a web-based reference organizer and collaboration tool that is available due to an Ohio State University Libraries subscription to the Web of Knowledge. EndNote Web provides you with a 10,000 record library and can be used to collect and organize references, format bibliographies and more.
Please note: EndNote Web is a companion product to EndNote Desktop (which is not provided by Ohio State University Libraries) and has a limited set of features.
Zotero
Zotero is a free, open-source citation management tool that helps researchers collect, organize, cite, and share their research sources. It functions as a personal research assistant by allowing users to save sources from databases and the web, and then automatically generate citations and bibliographies in various styles (like MLA, APA, and Chicago) within a text editor or word processor. Zotero has a desktop application as well as browser extensions for common browsers.
