Requests for bones and models for use outside the library must be submitted using this form. Please review our policy and guidelines before submission. The HSL has the discretion to not approve requests when the policy guidelines mentioned are not met or during times of high demand (exams, assignments, etc).

Students studying the in library have priority use of all bones and models.
