Letter from the HSL Director

Dear Health Sciences Library Friends and Donors:

I am delighted to share the remarkable accomplishments of the Health Sciences Library in 2024. The HSL strives to be a valued partner in the success of all those we work with and provide high quality services and resources that can be trusted. I hope you’ll agree that we were successful in living out this value over the past year.

In 2024, we saw three impressive awards from the American Library Association, as well as completion of new flexible classroom/meeting/study space on the fifth floor and the permanent relocation of the vast majority of our print collection to the new book depository. Our librarians and library staff continued to support the success of all learners through instruction, collections, expert services, innovative experiences, and safe and comfortable learning environments.
