The first floor of the Health Sciences Library is where the library's front desk (main circulation desk) is located. Visitors can check out reserved materials and pick up printed posters from the front desk. The first floor also includes collaborative study space, a soundproof Flexi-POD and building partners such as The Caffeine Element Cafe.

The Health Sciences Library's third floor was entirely renovated in 2020. The new study spaces include quiet study, study rooms, silent study and the Medical Student Zone. Other features of the third floor include a meditation/prayer room, soundproof Flexi-POD and lockers that can be rented from the library's front desk.

The Health Sciences Library's fourth floor houses the EdTech Incubator, a technology innovation hub. These spaces are still developing - more information can be found at eti.osu.edu. Study spaces on the fourth floor are collaborative.
The Medical Heritage Center (MHC) is located on the fifth floor of the Health Sciences Library. The MHC includes medical history artifacts from not only The Ohio State University and the Wexner Medical Center but also from central Ohio. The MHC Reading Room is a quiet study room that is available for use when it is not otherwise reserved for library events.
