Interactive Tools for Self-Assessment, Case Files, and Exam Prep through the HSL Workshop

Did you know that HSL subscribed resources provide a variety of exam prep, study tools, and other interactive resources? Join us to see highlights of these tools and learn how to use them. 

Topics to be covered include: 

  • Exam Prep Resources including 
  • USMLE Step 1, 2, and 3 and NBME shelf exams 
  • NPTE (National Physical Therapy Exam) review, flashcards and simulated exam 
  • PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant) Board Review prep 
  • ABSITE (American Board of Surgery In-Training Examination) and Board Review 
  • Case Files including 
  • Cases in Anatomy, Anesthesiology, Biochemistry, Clinical Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Medicine, Pediatrics, Pharmacy, Physiology, Physiotherapy, and Surgery 
  • Self-assessment quizzes based on popular textbooks including 
  • Harrison’s Principles of Internal Medicine, Schwartz’s Principles of Surgery, Tintinalli’s Emergency Medicine, Rudolph’s Pediatrics, Clinically Oriented Anatomy, Grant’s Dissector, Histology: A Text and Atlas and many more 
  • Anatomy study resources 
  • Video resources

This workshop is ideal for medical or health and rehab sciences students as well as faculty and staff members that work closely with them and would like to learn more about these study tools provided by the HSL. 

Please note: This workshop will not be recorded, so come prepared to engage and ask questions!
