Library Public Services Coordinator 2

We’re looking for a team member who enjoys providing a high level of customer service with an eye to problem solving, can demonstrate clear written and oral communication skills, and has independent project management strengths.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist HSL visitors at the library’s front desk, providing circulation, resource, and basic reference assistance
• Open the library and oversee morning operations Monday-Friday
• Manage reserve collections, including books, equipment, and bones, and models
• Work closely with HSL Research and Education librarians to independently and collaboratively develop educational resources, coordinate and teach workshops, synthesize data, and support library services and projects

Digital Content Specialist 2

Join the HSL's marketing team! We’re looking for immediate assistance in the areas of creating and executing social media content as well as email marketing using Sales Force Marketing Cloud. A successful candidate is someone who has previous professional digital marketing experience, an eye for graphic design, a sense for how to apply trending social content to a health sciences library and a love for writing in a brand voice.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Create social media post content and manage our content planning calendar in Sprout Social
• Create content for the HSL’s email marketing campaigns, using Sales Force Marketing Cloud
• Support other marketing initiatives, such as cataloguing digital assets in our digital asset management (DAM) platform and managing the HSL’s digital screen content
