Using JoVE Video Resources to Enhance the Classroom Experience

Wednesday, July 23
2 – 3 p.m. EDT
Online Workshop led by Joe Payne, Collection Development Librarian, HSL Resource Management

At Ohio State, we have access to over 20,000 JoVE videos that support teaching, research, and training.

Join us for an overview of what JoVE has to offer including practical demonstrations on:

  • How JoVE videos impact instruction and support student success
  • Using JoVE for your own research and training
  • Creating fully editable quizzes
  • Embedding JoVE into CarmenCanvas
  • Mapping to course syllabi, textbooks and OpenStax

If you require an accommodation such as live captioning or interpretation to participate in this event, please contact Katherine Hoffman at katherine.hoffman@osumc.edu or (614) 292-4861. Requests made by Wednesday July 9th will generally allow us to provide seamless access, but the university will make every effort to meet requests made after this date.
