Are you curious about databases you could use in your research besides PubMed, but you’re not sure where to start? Join us for an introduction to library databases that you can add to your arsenal and complement your PubMed searches, empowering you to find the information you are looking for.
This workshop will provide an overview of select library databases, including a description of the types of information they contain, basic techniques to access and use them, and when you might consider searching in them. This presentation will cover:
- Embase
- CINAHL
- Scopus
- Web of Science Core Collection
Previous experience with these databases is not required. This workshop is ideal for students, faculty, or staff looking to expand their resource knowledge and research skills.
This workshop will not be recorded, but slides will be shared with participants.
