Missy Creed
Consumer Health Librarian
It can be hard sometimes to keep up healthy habits during the holidays and when it's colder outside. We always encourage you to have a conversation with your health care provider about your specific health situation.
If you're looking for some general tips and ideas for healthier living, the Library for Health Information (LHI) can help you find trustworthy and reliable resources, including recipes for healthy eating, ways to incorporate exercise into your lifestyle, and more. The LHI is open virtually and is available via phone or email to answer your questions about any health topics, including grief/depression. Please see our contact information located on the right of this page.
