Men have unique and important health needs, but sometimes wait a long time before seeking help. MedlinePlus has a wealth of resources related to men's health topics. MedlinePlus is a service of the National Library of Medicine (NLM), the world’s largest medical library, and part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The mission of MedlinePlus is to “make reliable health information available anytime, anywhere, for free. There is no advertising on this website, and MedlinePlus does not endorse any companies or products.”
Cancer Screening for Men – The patient education leaflet below provides some information specifically about cancer screenings that are important to men's health. This resource can be downloaded and printed directly from this website, or you may request a hardcopy from our LHI Librarian.
For more resources, please email your questions to an LHI librarian at health-info@osu.edu, or call us at 614-293-3707. All information is free and confidential.
