March is National Nutrition Month according to the National Health Observances from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

The Library for Health Information has plenty of nutrition information to help you discover the benefits of a healthy eating style including Building a Healthy Meal, Getting Facts on Fast Food, Mindful Eating, Binge Eating, Choosing Whole Grains, and Healthy Meals for Blood Sugar Control, Simple Ways to Change a Recipe and lots of healthy recipes from appetizers to desserts. 

Stop by and pick up some handouts up from our information board located directly outside the Library for Health Information. We are located on the 5th floor atrium of Rhodes Hall.
