Can patrons return books?
Library materials may now be returned in the library book drop. Please note: returned materials will be quarantined before being checked in. If you are not on campus, please continue to keep your library materials. While materials should already be automatically renewed and fines waived for the current semester, you can still confirm due dates and/or renew your Ohio State University Libraries, OhioLINK and SearchOhio items online by logging into My Library Account.
Will loans be extended?
We have extended all due dates until the end of the current semester. Even if you don’t see these extensions reflected in your Library Account, overdue fines are waived during the closure for all Ohio State University Libraries, OhioLINK and SearchOhio items.
Are late fees still being charged?
Overdue fines are waived during the closure for all Ohio State University Libraries, OhioLINK and SearchOhio items.
Who should I contact if I have additional questions?
