Event Technologies supports locations throughout the Medical Center campus. We support events ranging from daily classes to once in a lifetime groundbreaking ceremonies and everything in between. We support the medical campus' auditoriums which host high profile guest speakers from all over the world. These auditoriums include Ross 1213, HLRI 170, BRT 115, James 518, Meiling 112 and 160, and University Hospital East’s Wallace Auditorium.
The Medical Center Campus is defined as within the red street borders. For service requests located outside of the Medical Center Campus or in shaded areas of the Medical Center Campus, we defer to the in-house technology group to provide service. If the in-house group cannot provide the equipment/expertise needed, our team may be able to provide service. This will be determined by our team on a per case basis.
